Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I won a cheque bounce case in the year 2000 and a decree was issued in favour of me for Rs 450,000+ interest @12% p.a, but the company, on which decree was issued went in the process of liquidation, since it is a goverment of orissa undertaking, i am still waiting for my money, what shoul I do?

Lodge your claim with the Official Liquidator of the Company under liquidation.
