Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was working for a compnay in bangalore in 2009 the company fild a case on me in section 420/408 in bangalore court and after few months again they fild a case in silvassa UT& T court stating that I have given a chq and the chq got bounced for Rs.16 Lakh but the chq is not belongs to me and the account no is also not in the bank but my company peoples are telling that there is a NBW on me you should attend the court in silvassa when I have not given the chq to them at all why should i have to go to court and how they can file a chq bounce case on me please help me by giving a proper sujjection I am not in a position to travel to mumbai and from there 200km away to attend the court how to get free from this chq bounce case

in case the cheque does not belong to you, you may file a petition in the high court for quashing of summoning order.

Unless you find out whether a case is pending against or not, what can be said?

If you believe that there cannot be any case against you, then you need to do nothing.
