Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am working in an MNC. There is a dispute going on with my builder from quite some time. Due to which we had some hot arguments sometimes but one incident happen in which he put blame on us and filed an FIR in police station. His one of the employee was beaten by us and his teeth is also broken by us. All this came to us surprise. Currently case is going on in court. FIR is booked against four residents including myself. IPC 325 & 323 & 504. Under builder influence Initially Police booked under IPC 326 but when Police found that nothing such incident happen then Police changed IPC in FIR but only by reducing IPC 326 to 325. We have launched complaint under section 200 to file case against builder and their employees. My concern is can i continue my job in my company till court final decision come out. I can continue my job. Pls guide me.

From your side there should not be any problem continuing with service.

However, you need to check the policies and service conditions of your company to find out whether your company require to inform it about pendency of a criminal case and likely consequences thereof.

There is no problem to do the job because the Criminal case is not disposed against you.
