Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was working in What Next Technologies (Kunal Chhabra), i Filed a case on them...due to bounced cheque.. they did not give me my two months salary, and get me out of my job without any notice and now and now they have changed own office if my notice not reached over there so what will be happen...

Please tell me what i can do ...

As the notice was sent by post with the correct address on it, it can be deemed to have been served. Consult an advocate with all the documents
