My sister has registerd wphc case against her husband who took away her baby, The court has given 15 days notice but now I came to know he has gone out of india for his company work. So what should we do

The court will automatically direct your sister's husband to be present in India when needed. You should not worry in this regard.

have u file a case before guadianship court, habaeus corpus is not the solution in your case.

it will be for the court to pass appropriate orders. even if he has gone out of country, someone will be represented who has custody of the child.

However, habeas corpus is not the property remedy for getting child's custody unless you have already been granted custody by the court.
