Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
wrong reply by police departmant
complaint was made by my friend against land mafia but police is giving written wrong replies , some times they say complaint is motivated or matter is subjudice or complainant has dubious character etc , recently police has replied that trial is pending against complainant in court therefore complaint is being made to weaken the prosecution . The truth is my friend was acquitted in year 2006 as case was false and no trial is pending . what action can be taken against corrupt police officials for lodging false FIR in which my friend was acquitted and for giving false replies to harass my friend and are attempting character assaination.
