Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if x does not present the documents on which x has forged signatures of y in court.then what can be done to prove him guilty?

burden is not on x, but it is on y/complainant to bring the forged signatures on record along with the report of comparison or else x will be accquitted or discharged as the case may be.
