y a young married women,had been speaking to her parentsvand other relatives and also writing to them expressing danger to her life . she lost her life after 3 months.are such items dying declaration

these are not considered dying declarations but the offence u/s 304B is made out.

these are not considered dying declarations but the offence u/s 304B is made out in case the death occured in unnatural circumstances within 7 years of marriage.
