1)Can a minor above 15 years start a freelance service probably in design over the internet?

2)When it comes to pay methods lke Paypal, what is to be done?

3)Is a Guardian required?

4)Can the minor sign contracts between the client and himself/herself ?

5) If the Guardian is necessary in case of Business contracts, is Tax applicable on the Minor who provides freelance services on the internet?

6) Is tax payable by his/her Guardian??

A minor is not capable of executing any contract and can transact business only through his legal guardian.
