Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India

If an apartment complex has approval for 5 floors,but sells 6th floor too,how can the buyer get the approval later?What is the RTI format for asking the status of approval application?What other steps can one take in getting the approval.Please advise.

The approval may be obtained only if the constructed area is either "sanctionable" or "compundable". The RTI format is available in the Act/ rules.
