Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India

A boy/man promises to marry a girl/woman and keeping physical relation with her and if he refuses to marry her then he will charged under rape in India.

if this happens vice-versa then?

means --

A girl/woman promises to marry a boy/man and keeping physical relation with him and if she refuses to marry him then will she be charged under rape ?

or under any other act like cheat or fraud?

this happened with me and i want to sue her.

A Man cant say he been raped. Everybody is telling it is a man dominated society but men are giving more protection to woman and they can sue a man for harassment, rape etc. I dont see any course for you
