Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India

How can i claim 1/3 of my property share in my mothers property .she s alive.Shes being polished by my brothers.Shes 80 and not in v good mental health from age.We are 2 brothers and I am only daughter.

You cannot claim anything in law from your mother's property during her lifetime.
