my date of birth is 1992 jan & my wife dob 1995 apr we got married not legally but her parents give a comlaint on me we want to marry legally is there any problem for this r after their parents finding me is there any problem with police pls found me answer im totally confused

she dont have even one certificate of her age of proof is there any way for register marriage

she is minor and a marriage with minor is not permissible if marriage is solemnized with t consent marriage is not void u both can approach to High Court for protection
