Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India

Hi,

my younger brother age 20 years old fall in love with a girl but she is not having any status (totally backward and poor family). All of my family members are hate to my younger brother except me. i am elder one. But i also hate to his girlfriend and her family .Even my father kicked him out from his house. Now i take care of him.

However, the parents of girl want to marry with my younger brother anyhow.

i want to know the legal opinion in the light of law. if her family file case against my brother then what i have option to fight with them.

is there any safer side for me and my brother.

what kind of case they will file

if they are so poor hw they will afford to go to litigation

till the time your brother is gud with her and dont create any problem for them no problem wuld occur . and if you have any fear than please share for proper legal assistance
