Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India
can a person convicted under atrocity get BAIL? If a person is said to be convicted under s-3(25) of atrocity act and s-3(1){10) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)1989 and also said to have commited an offence under s-307 of IPC.When he was not present at the situation. and then arrested without warrant? he is nowhere concerned with the case and the court is potponing the hearings with some or the other reason when other accused have not been arrested. so why the innocent should suffer with the real accused?

in case you were not present at the place where offence was committed u/s 307, you may seek the defence of alibi and get the f.i.r quashed.
