my father dont want to give me anything in his property.can i go to court?

You may be entitled to a share in the ancestral properties, if any, in the hands of your father; and may initiate appropriate proceedings to claim share;

However, you may not be entitled to a share in your father's self acquired property and may not file a case.

If the property was earned out your father's own income then you do not have any legal remedy in this context.If it is acquired from the ancestors or a HUF then you do have definite rights to claim your share in the property.But I advise you that you may get properties by any means or by any way but not father or mother so try not to lose thier love and affection.

No. Unless the property which he holds is a joint family property. Be good to your father and get his love. Then naturally the property will come to you.

You can only if the property is not acquired by your father. Though, I suggest you should take an adequate legal opinion from a local lawyer with all the facts in relation to the properties.
