Legal Question in Discrimination Law in India

My name is Ravindra Punse from Vadodara Gujarat. I have problem regarding details on my school leaving Certificate.

On my school leaving certificate the column of Religion is blank actually i am Hindu, & by mistake in My my they have just written Marathi but marathi is not particular caste it is name of the Language, My actual caste is HINDU - DHANGAR, but it was not mention & His Caste Certificate.

So Please suggest me how can I make these modification in my LC.
