Legal Question in Education Law in India
I took admission in hcl cdc for CCNA course in July 2011.
they told me it's 4 month, they didn't provided any course material to us. They cheated with us but they didn't given any statement by written. what should i do?

if you are dissatisfied with the treatment and conduct of the institution you may ask for the refund of the amount deposited by you. If they dont pay you , you may send them a legal notice and then file a complaint before the district consumer forum.
