application for domicile certificate
i was born in mumbai, but studing in nasik, i need this ceificate for cet, how to start from as my name on ration card is in mumbai, not in nasik, where do i start from.

You may approach the local authorities alongwith your birth certificate and the last available certificate of your academic records.

Academic Certificates are sufficient to prove the name otherwise you have to give affidavit, if so desired.
