Legal Question in Education Law in India
i am born in chandigarh but did my studies in maharastra and i have domicle status of maharastra in the form of the domice certificate issued by the Uran Adminsatration Raigad Dist in 1997 . I am now posted in Pune, My daughter is studying in 10 in pune for last three years , I have property in Pune for last 10 yrs also. Is my daughter meet the criteria for domicile based on my certificate and property.
