hi, i have lost my class 10 and 12th certificate for which i sent and application for issue of duplicate ones with urgent (prescribed) fee, they were supposed to be issued with in 2 days on the reciept of application. It has been more than a month i have no received my certificates from cbse Ajmer office. Now when itry to contact them i am unable to do so as no one picks up the phone, i contacted my local office but they say , you have to contact ajmer ofice only. Now since i require the certificates urgently because i am taking admission in some university and they are required there, and if i dont submit i may be declined admission, though i have my marksheets with me, i want the certificates as soon as possible. Please tell what all i can do to get my certificates issued as soon as possible. pls help its very important

You may need to contact the Ajmer office of CBSE; a legal action may not work at this stage. However, you may send them a lawyer's notice giving all the details.
