Legal Question in Education Law in India
we are charged for ipc 420,468 467 471 in this matter we are interested to compromise, what shoud be ur advice on that. Second party also interested in this. the case is under trial in lower court for judgment plz advice

the offences alleged are non compoundable except 420 and for settling the matter, a petition for quashing needs to be filed in the high court.
