Legal Question in Education Law in India
Chartered Accountancy
As per the CA institute rules, only one course along with CA is permissible. A student cannot pursue any other course along with CA. I would like to know the legality of the provision in the backdrop of Article 21 of Constitution guaranteeing freedom of profession. Is the CA institute constitutionally equipped to make such rules/laws under the CA Act 1949?
