Clinical research course amount refund.

WE are joined clinical research program at mumbai. amount also paid. but they will start that course. after one and half month they telling course structure change weekly basis. first they are told daily basis. then they are giving one to one teaching for you. they are telling after 1 month. then i asked my money for refund. now they are declined. wht can i do for get my money. beoz. money precious thing to everyone... pls suggest. amount is high.. pls. suggest.

You may consider sending them a notice of demand; if no positive response is received within 20 - 30 days, you may consider filing either a civil suit for recovery and damages or a case with the local consumer court.
