complain against pune university
i am satyaprakash and studying in sinhgad college of engg,pune.it is affiliated to pune university.this year i should be 3rd year but much more confusion rule of exam passing by university of pune i faild so i can not continue in 3rd year.pune university each and every exam fixed a cuttoff for passing of exam. it is some time 25,28,30 etc. originality is that passing critariya is 40. but thet are follow them. due to this confusion many students got fail. each and every year 40percent student get fail in exam. why it so?so i want to apeel in suprim court about this. it is possible or not?

You may not be able to challenge the criterea unless you could establish some arbitrariness or wrong - doing.

You may not be able to approach the Supreme Court directly. Rather you may consider approaching the High Court at the first place.

You should keep in mind that litigation is expensive and tiring and the result totally uncertain.
