Legal Question in Education Law in India
My date of birth registered in SSC certificate is incorrect. This happened as I started my schooling in a single teacher school in a village, the teacher has entered my date of birth without consulting my Mother. I did not change it till now though I have completed my graduation in 2004. Now, How do i get it rectified legally?

File a civil suit for declaration against the board with your father as second defendant.

suit for declaration and then newpaper publication and then record change process alongwith the order and newpaper cutting.
