Legal Question in Education Law in India
My daughter is born in Maharashtra and her domicile certificate issued by Deputy Collector stating place of birth in Maharashtra. Is this domicile certificate valid for taking admissions in medical and engineering courses in Maharashtra? She did her SSC out of maharashtra and HSSC from Maharashtra. Kindly advise. I and my wife both are domiciled in Maharashtra.
