Legal Question in Education Law in India
Dear sir,
i have been interviewed by selection committee of a government college for the post of assistant professor. i was not selected though i have cleared net on the date of interview (but i have not cleared net on the last day of submission of application). but i am more shocked to know that a person with only m.phil. is selected. there were no other candidate eligible for the post. what should i do?

If the appointment was against the criteria of selection then in that case you can challenge the selection of a candidate with qualification of M.phil.
