divource by mutual consent

we r christians, got married on 9.7.2007, we want to take divource by mutual consent very shortly, we r the residents of hubli, karnataka, can we take divource quickly in family court? please advise me to what procedure to b followed?

you can file divorce by mutual consent and it will take some time.

there has to be seperation of 2 years before filing the peition for mutual consent divorce
