Im born and brought up in mumbai, completed my 10th and 12th from maharashtra state board from mumbai, and completed my graduation from bangalore university. Now I want to do mca from maharashtra and need a domicile certificate for the same. What are the rules and procedures for the same.

You may need to contact the local revenue office - the office of Tehsildar/collector - to know the formalities/procedure required for the purpose; you may need to make an application in a prescribed proforma and deposit a nominal fee.
