Domicile Certifcate

Hi -

I am a US born, studying in Mumbai for the last 5 years.

1. Do i need a Domicile certifate to pursue my studies in Mumbai for Engg.

2. If Yes, What is the procedure and documents need

Note:

a. My parents have a property and PAN Number in India,

b. I hold a PIO card

go through prospectus of eng admission issued by commissioner of enreance exams, you can get all details normaly from propectus
