Domicile certificate

I am a outside maharashtra student, For admission in college i require domicile certificate, but the court is asking for ration card for issuing application form, which I dont have. I ahve qualified my HSC & SS from mumbai under CBSE board. and I am staying with my parents since 1999. Kindly let me know are there any other options available to get the certificate

there may be some technical problem otherwise broadly it requires 3 year residence proof in delhi.

we can advice according to law and legal ways but it seems you need to by pass all these things.

try out some dalal or the advocates or some other person who are giving such services where the domicile is being given. they may help you in getting this prepared.
