domicile certificate required how to get it

i am staying in ghatkopar right now. first i use to stay at bhayandar.i am goin to take adminssion in engineering degree college they require a domicile certificate ,my ration card is registered for bhayandar and i am staying at ghatkopar at my uncle's place as my college was in chembur,so where should i apply for domicile and what all documents are required please help

go to sdm office and take the form from there and see the details in it and get the certificate
