Legal Question in Education Law in India
Domicile For Engineering admissions
I am a minor. I have been living in mumbai for the past 17 years. I need a domicile certificate urgently for engineering admissions. But when I enquired at the court, they said that I must have my father's domicile certificate. But my father does not have one and at present he is abroad and will be coming after 6 months. So what do I do?
