Legal Question in Education Law in India
about domicile
i am a resident of mumbai. i passed my 10th & appearing for 12th tis year in mumbai. we shifted to mumbai in 2003. is it necessary for me to submit domicile certificate to get admission in any professional colleges in mumbai. also i m not born in mumbai.

The requirement of certificate will depend upon the rules of institution you may apply for admission.

One may get his domicile where he continuous resides three years.
