Education admission
a candidate for admission in professional college claimed reservation. in order to claim reservation he should produce income certificate showing that his family income is below 250000/-her parents were employed and father retired on the eve of application however revenue offcials issued a income certificate as if his father his employed though he was pensioner at that time . candidate applied for entrance with wrong income certificate since last date of application was nearing ,now candidate wants to produce income certificate as if his father his pensioner which will entitle him for admission under reservation,prospectus says no documents can be produced after final dead line, question is for the fault of revenue officials can he be denied admission? is there any decision to show documents can be produced after deadline in prospectus as the fault is not attributable to candidate but to government itself.
