can a person in india having one regular diploma course with one correspondance degree both from two different government institutes of india has validity? according to supreme court of india what are the latest guidelines in this reference ?

The matter does not fall within the jurisdiction of SC nor as such
there is any guidelines.

sc has not issued any guideline in this regard.
validity of simultaneous degree of any course depends on case to case and many more factors decide it. so contact with details.
