Legal Question in Education Law in India
Educational Trust
Sir,
If an educational trust runs a college or group of colleges,is it compulsory for the Trust to display its committee members? Most of the Trust running educational institutions under its management fail to tell the details of the chairman, secretary even at the time of need. If such trust board maintains secrecy of its members,is there is any section in law which gives suitable punishment. If a management fails to give a service certificate to its employee on demand after the resignation, what is the remedy?
Thanking you,
yours faithfully,

You may approach the Registrar for relevant information.
An ex-employee may sue the employer to seek declaration of his service experience by filing a civil suit.
