Legal Question in Education Law in India

could I do exam again

Sir, I passed Intermediate exam from UP Board, India, with five subjects i.e. Hindi, English, Maths, Physics and Chemistry with 40 percent in aggregate. Now, I wish to get admission in engineering where atleast 55 percent is required. How can I do make it? I was told that once an exam was passed, it can not repeate further? Please guide me. with best regards,

Dear Friend,

You need the services of an educational councellor rather than a lawyer.

Still, AS far as I know, you are entitled to give " Improvment Exams" in few subjects, Plese check it up with the U.P Board or consult an educational councellor
