Legal Question in Education Law in India
my friends have been accused of ragging.. The girl who filed the case took the case back and my freinds were free to go..2 days later she re-openend the case saying that under pressure of my friends she took the case back... My friends are still suffering.. Pls help.

in case your friend has not committed ragging, he may approach the high court for quashing of complaint.
