issue of education certificate
Can unregistered education institute issue certificate to its students . if not, from where permission is needed to issue certificate by education institute in Delhi .

Re: issue of education certificate
There is no legal bar in issuing Certificates by private institutes. The acceptability of such a qualification may not be binding upon others organizations where a particular qualification is 'prescribed'.
To make the certificate valid, the institute may require affiliation with the 'accrediting agencies' like CBSE, UGC, AICTE, etc. depending upon the name of education being imparted by your Institute.
