legal case

mr.k a candidate 4 mba part1 examination of university did not complete prescribed number of lectures which could make him eligible 4 appearing in examinations. Mr.k however filled examinations 4m 4 appearing in examinations without mentioning the facts that his attendance was short in the column specified 4 the same. The university authorities scrutinized examinations forms & sent them to the administration branch for issurance f roll no. to the students.

after the examinations,but befor the result was declared,the university came to know that the attendance of mr.k was much below 66% as required under the university rules and issued instruction to the examination branch directing that the result of mr.k be withheld.

the university wanted to cancle the candidature of the candidate on the ground of fraud. what would be the solution?????????

Though prima- facie it looks to be case of fraud but nothing is required to be dishearted.However,extensive study and all relevant documents are required to be examined to give any advise.In case of need contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.
