i m nri working here in bahrain as Accounts officer and this time i m in present in Bahrain.Can i file writ in allhabad highcourt allahabad against my service matter against Sni college management.whats rules for filing writs.how will i sign on avedefit because i m here in bahrain.whats rules in indian service law

you may have to send a power of attorney in favour of your lawyer duly attested by the indian consulate in behrain and the writ petition may be filed on the basis of power of attorney and affidavit executed and attested before the conslulate.
