Legal Question in Education Law in India
actually my old name is polaiah,recently i have changed my name as Manohar,
now i want to change name on my educational certificates,pls tell me the procedure.

file a civil suit and implead the CBSE or whatever your education board is. They will make statement before cort that they have no objection to your change of name. Take this court order and publish in newspaper as well as in state Gazette. Based on this, you can get your name changed in any record.
