Legal Question in Education Law in India

pramotion

i am working in delhi public school

from past 16 years.still i am PRT.my juniors are promoted but still i have

not got any promotion. so please tell me what is a legal prossidure.

DPS is a private Society. your service conditions are governed by the mutual contract you and the school has agreed.

You have no legal remedy for claiming promotion. Better approach the School management with your request.

there r so many other factors and issues . The promotion can be verified from service rules . If u could show that under those rules u r eligible to get such promotion then u can claim by simple application to your administrative head and if they deny then think of going to school tribunal or such other court as may be applicable
