Can private educational institutions of odisha in b.tech collect more money from students due to case is running in high court ?
Fee stature committee of odisha has fixed all price .

Dear Sir / Madam,
The case running in High Court has nothing to do with the prescribed amount of education fees that can be collected from students. The private educational institution cannot collect more fees than those laid down and prescribed by the fee stature committee of Odisha.
