can any private institute use word "An Autonomous Governing Body Registered under ministry of commerce and industry"
There is one institute in ahmedabad, name IIIEM. they have only certificate of DGFT - Licenses and they paid fees to MSMS and get certificate for education purpose. Are they have rights to use word An Autonomous Governing Body Registered under ministry of commerce and industry" ?
