Legal Question in Education Law in India
We have registered a partnership firm here in India (New Delhi).
It's a software firm.
I was wondering if our firm is allowed to take students from Engineering colleges in India for their Internship.
Many engineering universities send their 4th year students to 6 months internships in India.
Is my firm eligible to take them?

you need to check with the university whether the internship with your firm would be acceptable to them.
