Legal Question in Education Law in India
respected sir ,
i'm abhishek chaturvedi , and i'm a student of b.tech 2nd year , i've submitted my total fees including hostel fee , but due to some personel reasons , i want to leave hostel, but when i asked for the refund of fee to the management , they refuse to do so ...........but i want my fee back ......sir plz help me , tell me what i've to do?

How much is the mount. Do you have any brochure of the college ?....
In general when these type of cases goes to courts then the courts pass an order to refund the amount , you being a student.
