Legal Question in Education Law in India
if there has already being a sanction for students stipends, but the scholarship board cancel it as the students' institution is not yet recognised,what will the scholarship board do with the stipend?

if recognisation is an important factor and if it is cancelled than they will give stipend to students next in the list of scholarship after the earlier one
